How to Register for classes:

Step 1. Check the Programs page for class dates, times and locations.

Step 2. Call or email the club to reserve your child's spot in the class you want.

Step 3. Download and print the Registration/Waiver form for the appropriate program (includes Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act PIPEDA form)

Step 4. Fill out the forms and mail with a cheque (be sure to include your $15 registration fee for ALL recreational classes starting in Fall 2011) to:

You will receive an email confirmation that your cheque has been received and that the gymnast is registered.

Please indicate the number of sessions for which you would like to register (you can register for one, two or all three sessions).

Classes will run with a minimum of 4 gymnasts and a maximum of 12 gymnasts.

Registration for recreational classes finishes in the 3rd week of each session.

Cancellation, missed classes and refunds:

• During the winter months, if school is cancelled, gymnastics classes will also be cancelled.
• There are no make-up classes for days missed by participants.
• If you cancel your registration before the 1st class, you will be refunded the class fee minus a 10% administration fee.
• If you cancel your registration before the 3rd class, you will be refunded the class fee minus a 20% administration fee.
• No refunds will be given after the start of the 3rd class.
• There is a $20.00 administration fee for NSF cheques returned from the bank.
