Financial Assistance
Canadian Tire Jumpstart is a community-based charitable program that helps kids aged 4-18 participate in organized sports and recreation so that they can develop important life skills, self-esteem and confidence. A maximum of $300 per child per session (January-June, July-December) is available. Families can request funding for successive sessions. If you live in Leduc, Devon or Calmar and think your family might qualify for this program, please contact the club to start the application process. KidSport is a national organization that aims to get kids off the sidelines and into the game by helping overcome the financial barriers that prevent some children from participating in organized sport. KidSport Alberta provides financial support up to $250 per child per calendar year (Jan.-Dec.) towards sport registration fees. Families in Devon, Calmar, Leduc and Spruce Grove are eligible to apply to the KidSport Provincial Fund.
