Class Description 
This is a class for those who are: aged like a fine wine (Vintage 50 years+) and full-figured gals (VENUS) …because your needs are similar. Low impact, total body movement in a friendly, welcoming environment – let go of your inhibitions and find a sense of movement, coordination and musicality you never knew you had!
- Class length: 45 minutes
- Lunchtime class
- Class size: maximum 12 participants
- In-class exercises can be tailored to suit individual needs/abilities
- Each class will include: a short, dynamic warm-up (locomotion); strength and flexibility exercises to improve balance; coordination through apparatus handling (rope, hoop, ball, ribbon and scarves) and a short cool-down (a bit more stretching)
- Participants will work individually and as a group to learn and improve skills

Because we’re trying to encourage family members of all ages to come out and join us, we will also be offering discounts to families who sign up multiple participants (from tots to grandmas and grandpas): a 10% discount will apply to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th…member of your family who registers in our recreational programs!
General class information
Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows them to move and groove! A t-shirt and yoga pants are ideal.
Bare feet or gymnastics shoes only—no socks or tights.
Hair should be tied back and kept off the face.
Class starts promptly at noon – please be sure to arrive slightly early to be able to fully participate in warm-up (it's never to late to start good exercising habits!). Participants who are more than 10 minutes late may not be able to fully participate in class.
Apparatus is provided for ALL participants.
