Arabesque Rhythmics currently offers recreational programs for 
children and adults. Gymnasts from recreational classes, who show interest and desire, will be encouraged to try-out for the Pre-Team which will begin practising in the fall of 2010. For more information on any of our programs, please click on the links below.
