WHAT'S NEW:
A HUGE thank you to all the volunteers, parents, gymnasts, coaches and judges who helped make our first Fun Meet a resounding success! We had large, supportive crowds all day long to help cheer on all the gymnasts. Arabesque Rhythmics was very well represented by our PreTeam and Team gymnasts who put on some truly spectacular performances! Photos of the event are posted here.
Congratulations to the Team gymnasts who performed at the Devon Business Fair on Saturday Oct 15! Their photo appeared in the Oct 21 edition (photo gallery) of the Devon Dispatch.
CBC will be broadcasting the World RG Championships from France on Saturday Oct 1 (4-6pm EST) and Saturday Oct 8 (2-4pm EST). Don't miss it! Congratulations to Team Canada - watch the group perform their ball routine and hoop/ribbon routine.
The World Championships are on in France! Go to FIG's YouTube channel and watch routines of the top gymnasts in the world!
Check out Coach Kristi's photos and videos from the World Gymnaestrada in Lausanne, Switzerland July 10-16. She had the opportunity to attend the event as a performer with Elena's Rhythmics Gymnastics Club based in Edmonton! The next World Gymnaestrada will be in 2015 in Helsinki, Finland and we're hoping Arabesque Rhythmics will be able to send a team!
